I recalled many people telling me, “Why are you always laughing?” and “Every time I'm with you, it's always full of laughter” (I know it sounds pretty narcissistic, like something I made up myself.)

”Att gå från bäst i klassen till en i mängden” är en ofta upprepad profetia inför ingenjörsutbildningen. Många högpresterande studenter är någonstans beredda på att det kommer att hända, men åtminstone för mig så kom det ändå som en chock jag ännu inte hämtat mig från. Någonstans var jag inte redo att släppa det som var roten till mitt självförtroende under alltför många år.
